Hokie Hideaway is a unique site for camping, family or special events, tailgating – you name it.
For camping or overnight stays:
The standard rate is $79.00 per night for one RV or camper adjacent to the Pavilion.
Maximum occupancy is six (6).
An additional tent space is available for $29 per night, with a maximum occupancy of two persons per tent.
The rate includes one (1) RV connection to electrical service (30 Amp) at the Pavilion. Cords are not provided.
Standard rate is $200 per day. The day begins at 10 AM and ends at 10 PM unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Note: No sleeping arrangements allowed in mobile home.

Rates may vary, depending on holidays and special events; such as Virginia Tech and Radford University graduation or home sporting events.
Payment is expected in advance and is primarily accepted through Zelle; or by making other approved payment arrangements with the Owner. Fees may apply for wire transfers.
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation.
No refunds are given for cancellations within 14 days of your reservation arrival date.
Cancellations within fifteen to thirty (15-30) days are refundable; subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than thirty (30) days, from your reservation arrival date, are refundable; subject to a ten percent (10%) administrative fee.
Pets are allowed with prior approval of the Owner and payment of the appropriate fee.
- $50 per pet.
- Must maintain on the property at all times.
- No disturbances to neighbors.
- Must pick up after them and dispose of properly in bags (not in river).
- Not allowed inside mobile home.
Two hundred dollars ($200.00) refundable deposit must be received with your reservation payment; subject to any damages.
